Planning and Design

We will assess your data center requirements, including power, cooling, space, and network connectivity. Then, we will create a layout plan for each rack, taking into account airflow, accessibility, and cable management.

Select Equipment

We select racks for your equipment based on size, weight capacity, cable management, and airflow. Additionally, we choose servers, switches, storage devices, and other hardware components based on your specific needs and workload requirements.

Prepare the Environment

We make sure that the data center area is always clean, adequately ventilated, and free from any environmental hazards like water leaks or excessive dust. We also install suitable cooling systems such as air conditioning units or airflow management solutions to maintain the optimal temperature and humidity levels.

Mounting

We install mounting brackets or housings at selected locations to securely mount the cameras. We ensure that the mounting surface is stable, and the cameras are positioned at optimal angles for coverage.

Install Racks

We position the racks according to your layout plan, leaving adequate space between them for airflow and maintenance access. Secure the racks to the floor if necessary to prevent movement or tipping.

Connection to Recording Equipment

We connect CCTV cameras to a DVR or NVR and configure network settings for IP cameras to ensure remote accessibility.

Cable Management

We use cable trays, cable managers, and Velcro straps to neatly organize and route cables, minimizing clutter and preventing tangling. We label cables at both ends for easy identification during troubleshooting and maintenance.

Install Hardware

We install servers, switches, storage devices, and other equipment into their assigned rack spaces in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for proper installation and ventilation. We also connect power cables, network cables, and any other necessary connections, ensuring that they are securely plugged in and correctly routed.

Network Configuration

We will configure your network switches and routers based on your network design. This includes setting up VLANs, routing protocols, and security features. We will also test the network to ensure proper communication between devices.

Testing and Commissioning

We conduct thorough hardware testing, including stress testing, to ensure reliable performance. We also verify redundancy and failover mechanisms for high service availability. Finally, we document configurations, network diagrams, and inventory for future reference.
